Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 33% restocking fee for non-custom items. Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the item is being returned due to Sennco's error.
Once items have been returned and received back to Sennco, upon inspection, your items will be refunded.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Limited Warranty
Sennco Solutions, Inc. warrants each product manufactured to be free from defective material and
workmanship and agrees* to repair any such defective part or replace with a new part or product (at the
company’s option) provided that the part or product has not been subject to tampering, misuse, neglect,
or incorrect installation.
The Limited Warranty applies to parts and products listed below:
Electronic Alarms and Components (1 year)
Mechanical Cordwinders (6 months)
Mechanical Cables and Special Design Cables (6 months)
Mechanical Lockdown Solutions (1 year)
Sennco Solutions, Inc. is not held liable for any firmware or software changes implemented by
the displayed product’s manufacturer, distributor, or reseller. Return authorization is required by Sennco
Solutions, Inc. and all shipping charges prepaid to our factory. Sennco Solutions, Inc. will make necessary
repairs or send replacement within 20 working days.
*Subject to inspection and approval.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
